This will make everyone on Ventrilo constantly be at the same level in sound. No more high or low voices!

How to normalize vent

- Go to Setup
- Enable Direct Sound
- Select the SFX Button
- Select Compressor and click Add.
- Under Compressor Properties use the following settings
- Gain = Adjust for how loud you want people to be. (I use 7)
- Attack = 0.01
- Release = Around 500
- Threshold = Around -30
- Ratio = 100
- Pre delay = 4.0

1. Leveling your realm rank gets you 10 golds every 10th level.

2. Leveling guild rank gets you 10 golds every level.(Must have leveled at least once since last Guild rank level)

3. Leveling your toon within guild to 40 Renown will get you 100 golds

4. Inviting Guild Members gets you 5 gold per new player (no alts and must send me in game mail telling who you invited and what level. If do not send me in game mail will not get this bonus).

5. Once you have a guild member to level 40, if you make an alt and level it from 1-20. I will buy your first mount.(Send me in game mail and will send you 15 golds for your mount)

6. Showing up for guild night, keeping guild a toon within cap and have signed up for webpage. All who show up will have a chance in roll for 100 golds. (Cancelled)

7. Becoming an officer in Guild and doing some basic duties will get you 50 golds per month.

8. Setting up and running Guild raids gets you between 25-100 golds.
